DONALD SUDY, MD

Dr. Sudy received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Following medical school, he served as a Flight Surgeon in the Air Force. During that time, he was involved with establishing the Health and Wellness Center on base as well as serving as Chief of Flight Medicine. Following his active duty commitment, he completed an Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Louisville, serving as Chief Resident in his senior year.

Dr. Sudy, a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician, now dedicates his practice to the vein, cosmetic medicine, and wellness services in Charlotte, NC utilizing results-oriented, proven, and safe procedures. SARAH YOUSUFF, MD

Dr. Yousuff received her undergraduate training at the University of Texas and obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. Following this, she completed an Anesthesiology residency at the University of Washington. After residency, Dr. Yousuff served as Chief of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at Southwest Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas as well as Medical Operations Mission Support Physician for NASA astronauts training for the International Space Station in Star City, Russia. Her academic appointments include Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Director of the Pain Management Center at the University of Louisville. She has transitioned her practice to wellness/preventative medicine.

ISABELLA AYSCUE

CERTIFIED LASER & COOLSCULPTING TECHNICIAN

Isabella Ayscue received her undergraduate degree from SUNY Brookhaven and her MBA from the University of Rochester in 1999. After working several unfulfilling years in corporate America, Isabella realized that life is too short to have a job that she wasn’t passionate about. Through a fortuitous encounter, she found her passion in helping others working in the medical cosmetic industry.

After extensive training, including attending CoolSculpting University, she became a Certified Coolsculpting Body Contouring Technician. Her drive to exceed expectations is a contributing factor to her success in Body Contouring. Kimberlee “Kim” Schneider

Licensed Esthetician

Kimberlee Schneider completed her esthetic training at the Academy of Nails and Esthetics in Charlotte, and has been a North Carolina Licensed Esthetician for over 14 years. She loves working in the skin care industry where she’s developed many long-term relationships with clients who trust her knowledge and expertise.

Kim’s passion is helping clients have the best skin possible through treatments and sharing her knowledge, while pampering them along the way. She regularly participates in trainings to learn the newest esthetic techniques and ingredients, and is certified in advanced chemical peels and dermaplaning and among other procedures.

When not in the office, Kim enjoys traveling, biking, concerts, cooking, baking and spending time with loved ones.

PHLEBOTOMIST

Cindy’s journey with Evolve Medical began five years ago as a client. Over the years of coming to Evolve for services I witnessed the dedication and knowledge each team member has for their specialty, I knew I wanted to be a part of this dynamic group of people. Today I’m part of the Evolve team. While I enjoy and do myself use Evolve’s Aesthetic services, their growing Health and Wellness services, such as Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, nutrition, and other wellness services, needed a phlebotomist to assist with our onsite blood draws. Seeing an opportunity to be part of the Evolve team, and having a personal interest in Wellness, I came out of retirement at 60+ years old, went back to school to become a trained phlebotomist.

My personal experience with the symptoms of Perimenopause and menopause lead me Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. Simply said, BHRT changed my life, or maybe I should say gave me back my quality of life. I’m very passionate about helping women and men achieve a greater sense of well-being and restore their passion for life.

By expanding my skill set and gaining comprehensive training in aesthetic nursing, I have successfully transitioned into this exciting field, offering a unique blend of medical expertise and an artistic eye. Through the latest techniques and a patient-centric approach, I strive to provide clients with safe, tailored, and high-quality aesthetic care that empowers them to feel confident, rejuvenated, and beautiful in their own skin.

Cortney Vann came to Evolve Medical Associates as our very first employee before we ever opened our doors in the early spring of 2004. Cortney brought with her several years of customer service experience from the diamond and fashion sales industries She has also worked as a model and actress in Kansas, North Carolina, and California. She definitely knows the importance of looking and feeling your very best and thoroughly enjoys learning about the constantly changing wide world of esthetic and wellness.

Assisting our clients at the front desk gives her the opportunity of creating a fun and helpful relationship with our amazing clients. Cortney is originally from Kansas, she and her husband Eric relocated to Charlotte in 2002. They have a son and daughter who can be spotted “helping” with our fluffy little greeter Lexi when they are visiting the spa. Cortney loves the family she has in her Evolve Medical Associates and has tremendous respect for the abilities of her co-workers and the personal care in which Dr. Yousuff and Dr. Sudy treat their patients.

I've had several sessions with Isabella for microneedling. She does a wonderful job of making the process as comfortable as possible. She is a pleasure to talk with and is always upbeat and positive. I really enjoy my time with her. She goes above and beyond to explain the process and what is the best treatment for your skin.

Have been a patient / client of Evolve for over 10 years having had vitamin infusions before /after surgery, multiple varicose vein treatments and 3-4 different types of facials / treatments offered. The staff has always been pleasant, professional and always answered any questions I might have. Drs Sudy / Yousuff have also referred me to specialists when felt it was the right option instead of trying to lure me into a procedure that wouldn’t really suit my needs or be in my best interest. Would recommend their practice without any doubts!
