Our Story
Our founder, Dr. Don Sudy, was a flight surgeon in the Air Force, and after serving as an emergency room doctor in the civilian sector, he decided that he wanted to help people take a more proactive approach to their healthcare. He founded Evolve Medical Associates in 2005 as a medical spa and wellness center, and from there he took the natural next step into cosmetic treatments.
Since then, we’ve expanded our services to include laser treatments, BOTOX® and fillers, and skin rejuvenation procedures that help our patients look and feel their very best.
